How do I place an order?
Place the product of your choice in your shopping cart by clicking on the “Order” button. Then click on “Order these items” to pay. Fill in your details and follow the steps. Only when you click on the “Confirm order” button will your order become final.
Can I have them sent to another address? (Gift suggestion)
Yes, this is possible. During the ordering process, you can provide us with a different delivery address by entering your personal information. No invoice will be sent. You will receive it by email.
Can I pick up my order?
Order recalls are not possible. To keep costs low and shipping fast, we ship all packages directly from a distribution center. Since packages are not distributed to customers at the distribution center.
Do I receive a message when I have placed an order?

What payment options do you offer?
You can choose from the following options:
– Credit card: pay with your credit card.
– MisterCash: payment option Belgium
– HomePay: Belgium.
– GiroPay: Germany.
– EPS: Austria.
– SofortBanking: Payment methods Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Austria, Poland, Spain, Switzerland.
– PayPal: Pay online through your own bank.

– Pre-Transfer: You can determine when the invoice is paid. Please note that your order will be shipped when payment is received.

Is the order delivered quickly for each payment option?

When will my order be delivered?
We strive to deliver your order in cooperation with DHL Express on the next business day to the delivery address if the order is placed before 17:00, this is possible in almost all cases. Orders outside Spain are delivered within 2 to 3 business days. If you have chosen the “pre-transfer” option, please note that it may take up to 1 business day because we will not ship the order until we have received the amount.
Who will facilitate my order?
Shipments within Spain and other countries are made via DHL Express. Your order is delivered to you during the day at the shipping address you have provided.
What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, DHL Express will visit you again. If you are not at home, you will receive a message from DHL Express and you can pick up the package at the nearest DHL Express collection point.
Can I make an appointment for delivery?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange a delivery appointment. We are dependent on the DHL Express driver's route.
Do you deliver outside of Spain? Yes, we also deliver outside of Spain.
Returns
How can I return my order?
